Stryker Poland is looking for a Field-based Regional Sales Manager for Peripheral Vascular in EEMEA. You will lead a dispersed regional sales team, shape market strategy, and drive revenue growth across the region while traveling 50–70% to engage with customers and partners.

In this leadership role you will recruit, coach and develop talent, align cross-functional teams, and build deep relationships with healthcare systems to accelerate therapy adoption.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in MedTech sales or commercial leadership.
• Experience leading dispersed teams.
• Proven distributor management experience.
• Fluent English; willing to travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
