Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of sales or commercial leadership experience within MedTech.
• Direct experience with distributor management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading people, including direct reports.
• Experience operating in complex healthcare/medical technology environments.
• Strong commercial discipline across revenue, pipeline, forecasting, budgets, KPIs and CRM.
• Ability to travel extensively across the region.
• Fluent English; bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead growth and execution across EEMEA, delivering revenue and margin objectives.
• Identify where to win, prioritize markets and accounts, improve forecast predictability.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing regional team with coaching.
• Build relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders to accelerate therapy adoption.
• Lead high-value sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• Own budgets and performance metrics, using data to drive corrective actions.
• Partner with marketing, medical, operations and other teams to remove barriers.
