Job summary

Septentrio in Krakow, Poland seeks a Field Application Engineer to act as the primary technical contact for customers, integrators and partners across Eastern Europe. You will support pre-sales activities, evaluations, and system integration for GNSS, INS, and timing solutions.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to drive opportunities, deliver technical guidance, and ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing, technical role.
Excellent communication and proactive customer communication.
Willingness to travel up to 25–30% within Eastern Europe.
Hands-on technical mindset with electronics, robotics or UAVs a plus.
Knowledge of PNT solutions or related tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own the technical part of pre-sales engagements with customers and partners.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to convert opportunities and manage design-in projects.
Guide customers through evaluations, proofs-of-concept, and system integration.
Provide training and technical guidance to customers and channel partners.
Share insights with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive improvements.
Build long-term technical relationships with key accounts in the region.
