Job summary

Septentrio in Krakow, Poland, is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Eastern Europe to grow business across the region (excluding Ukraine). Based in Krakow, you will develop customers, partners and commercial opportunities while coordinating with the Poland office on Ukraine-related accounts.

You will lead territory development, strategic accounts, and channel partnerships, working with the Regional Sales Manager to build a regional pipeline and drive opportunities to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in a technically oriented environment.
• Proven success managing a multi-country territory and complex sales cycles.
• Experience with PNT, GNSS, inertial navigation or similar technologies is highly preferred.
• Background in defense, aerospace, robotics or autonomy markets is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing distributors, channel partners or manufacturers’ representatives is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Grow Septentrio’s business across Eastern Europe, excluding Ukraine.
• Develop customers, partners and commercial opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Define priorities, develop the regional pipeline and drive opportunities from identification to closing.
• Coordinate technical support and integration discussions with applications engineers and product experts.
• Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations and contract alignment with customers and partners.
• Report on territory performance and forecasts in Salesforce.
