Job summary

Vagabond People Consulting is seeking a technically skilled Customer Support & Training Specialist in Warsaw to support our global client in precision technologies.

You will onboard new partners, provide timely technical support, and develop training materials while collaborating with sales and engineering teams to address product updates and technical requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in precision industries.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service/technical support or technical training in relevant fields.
• Fluency in Polish and professional English required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking, including training and demonstrations.
• Comfort with learning new computer applications.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• 1. Ensure the successful onboarding of new partners from both a hardware and software perspective.


• 2. Provide timely technical support and training on product needs and issues via email, phone, web conference and in person.


• 3. Develop and manage the relationship with resellers and clients, being responsible for their product updates and technical requests.


• 4. Perform problem analysis to resolve product related issues including follow-up, testing, troubleshooting and identifying bugs and possible enhancements.


• 5. Support sales functions as a technical expert/consultant for precision agriculture.


• 6. Develop and update training materials.

Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in precision industries (digital construction, building construction).


• 2. Minimum of 3 years of effective experience in customer service/technical support or technical training in agriculture machinery, positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying.


• 3. Fluency in Polish and professional level of English - written and oral - are mandatory.


• 4. Possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent analytical skills.


• 5. Presentation and public speaking skills, including training and technical demonstrations.


• 6. Comfort with learning new computer applications.
