Job summary

Rutronik Electronics Worldwide in Gliwice, Poland, is looking for a skilled Field Application Engineer to drive design-in projects and provide technical support to customers. You will manage customer projects from opportunity to design-in, plan visits and seminars, and help identify market trends in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.

The role requires a degree in electronics or a related field, solid knowledge of electronic components, fluent Polish and good English, and a

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline.
Ideally experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or in electronics development.
Strong understanding of electronic components and customer applications.
Customer-focused mindset with confident communication and presentation skills.
Fluent Polish and good English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Drive new design-in projects to support sales growth within the assigned product area and region.
Provide technical advice to customers and identify suitable solutions for new applications.
Manage customer projects from initial opportunity through to design-in status.
Plan and conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and seminars.
Identify market and technology trends and share relevant insights with Product Marketing and Sales.
Maintain project data and work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to develop new business opportunities
