Job summary

Alstom is seeking a Training Planner to design and deliver training programs for railway control devices and traffic management systems. You will organize training trips across Poland and Europe, prepare materials, and train clients on operation, maintenance, and support during station launches.

The role requires a higher engineering degree, experience in training delivery, Polish fluency, and English at C1 level. Frequent travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for different audiences.
• Understanding of railway traffic control is an advantage.
• Readiness for weekly training trips throughout Poland and Europe.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of training models and updating them to requirements.
• Organizing training trips across the country.
• Correspondence with the Customer and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Participating in R&D meetings related to training and systems.
• Delivering training on railway control devices and traffic management systems (hardware and software) during launch phases.
