Take on a new challenge and apply your broad engineering expertise in a dynamic and evolving field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates in newly formed Field Operations & Services department. You’ll play a key role in service engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring the effective execution, investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical and quality-related issues. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support, support maintenance and service activities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
You will also be involved in developing technical concepts and tailored engineering solutions to address customer needs, providing technical expertise during solution design, implementation, and service lifecycle support.
