Alstom in Katowice seeks a Services Projects Manager to apply project management expertise across railway and transportation projects. You will lead the Project Management team, assign tasks, and ensure delivery on ongoing initiatives.
You will run board and client meetings, monitor performance, manage risks, and uphold governance standards. Fluency in Polish is required, English at least B1, and willingness to travel with a category B licence.

Lead construction board meetings and client meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives
Conduct regular project reviews, monitor performance, and prepare status reports for senior management
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
Manage and continuously improve project governance processes, actively contributing to product and process change initiatives
Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and best practices across all projects.

Proven experience delivering or managing projects within the railway, rail infrastructure, rolling stock, or transportation sectors is highly desirable
A minimum of 2 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing team members. Experience does not necessarily need to be within a Project Management environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; experience withMS Project is considered an advantage
Strong leadership and people management skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment
Strong change management mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
