Job summary

Alstom is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support planning and delivery of multi-discipline rail infrastructure projects in Poland. You will help organize activities, keep schedules realistic, and inform customers and partners as part of cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate inputs across engineering, support risk tracking, and assist in preparing reports, contracts, and key project documents. This role offers a hybrid work model with travel within Poland.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in a technical field combined with knowledge of project management methods.
• Understanding of multi-discipline investment or infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with ability to follow up on many topics in parallel.
• Willingness to travel within Poland occasionally.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support in planning, coordinating and delivering complex rail infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering and other functions to keep project plans realistic and up to date.
• Identify, analyse and track project risks and mitigation actions.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support contracts and agreements with partners and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, non-conformities and lessons learned; ensure information is recorded and shared.
• Participate in project meetings with customers and partners, sometimes on site in Poland.
