Job summary

Huawei Poland invites applications for Channel Service Manager in Warsaw. You will manage and develop service partner relationships in the PV industry, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across partner operations.

Responsibilities include certification, performance evaluation, and training program development; support enablement platforms; ensure compliance with quality, security, and privacy requirements; monitor performance and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Excellent English skills; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with PV service partners.
• Establish and improve partner operation systems via certification and evaluation.
• Develop partner capability frameworks and training programs.
• Support partners with Huawei enablement platforms and resources.
• Ensure partner compliance with quality, security, and privacy requirements.
• Develop installer engagement and certification programs.
• Monitor partner performance and drive quality improvements.
• Maintain close communication and grow partners into reliable channel partners.
