Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience writing technical or client-facing proposals.
• Knowledge of financial institutions and asset managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Native-level English proficiency with strong writing skills.
• Excellent proofreading and copy-editing abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Qvidian.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial reviews of incoming RFP, RFI, and DDQ requests to determine level of effort and requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end production of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Coordinate kick-off calls between Sales/Client-Facing Teams and SMEs.
• Draft and populate responses using the content library, tailoring language for clients.
• Liaise with product and functional SMEs for reviews and content.
• Partner with Client-Facing Teams to integrate client insights.
• Facilitate internal review processes and secure approvals.
• Ensure final deliverables are polished and client-ready.
• Contribute to maintenance and enhancement of the content library.
• Support ad hoc requests from colleagues.
