Job summary

UBS is seeking an Investment Proposal Specialist to join the Poland IPS team in Kraków/Wroclaw area. You will manage RFI/RFP/DDQ responses for prospective and existing clients, coordinating with sales and investment teams to showcase capabilities and value.

The role emphasizes data-driven analyses, end-to-end delivery, and collaboration across compliance, relationship managers, and product specialists. Strong English plus French or German, plus Excel/Power BI, are preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluent French or German.
Investment knowledge across all asset classes.
University degree in economics, business administration (with focus on banking & finance) or another relevant field.
CFA is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

To co-ordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for prospect and existing clients according to internal guidelines.
To participate in conference calls as a subject matter expert, representing our investment capabilities.
To collaborate with client relationship managers, portfolio managers, investment specialists and SMEs to improve RFP responses.
To ensure the RFP database is up-to-date and quality is continually improved.
To help the team identify and implement digital solutions.
