Job summary

Jacobs in Kraków is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support and coordinate proposals across engineering and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with graphics, editors, and subconsultants to deliver polished responses and help win opportunities.

Required: a BS/BA in journalism, English, communications or management, at least 4 years of proposal experience, strong English writing and proofreading, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

BS/BA in journalism, English, communications, management or similar.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables.
Strong English writing, editing and proofreading skills with sales messaging focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

Providing support to proposals and senior staff, and lead final-stage coordination of small to medium proposals.
Coordinate directions with graphic designers, editors, and subconsultants.
Write, edit, and research non-technical proposal sections.
Coordinate and manage production of response documents and schedules.
Develop and update sales qualification materials; follow branding guidelines and procedures.
