Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Proposal Writer to join our growing team in Kraków. You will review incoming RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, coordinate end-to-end production, and tailor responses to client requirements.

Working with Sales, SMEs, and Client-Facing Teams, you will draft polished proposals, maintain content libraries, and ensure timely approvals and client-ready deliverables. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in proposal writing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience writing technical or client-facing proposals.
• Knowledge of financial institutions and asset managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Native-level English proficiency with strong writing skills.
• Excellent proofreading and copy-editing abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Qvidian.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial reviews of incoming RFP, RFI, and DDQ requests to determine level of effort and identify any firm-specific requirements.
• Coordinate the end-to-end production of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate RFP/RFI kick-off calls between Sales/Client-Facing Teams and Subject Matter Experts.
• Draft and populate responses using the team's standard content library, tailoring language to meet client-specific requirements.
• Liaise with product and functional SMEs to obtain reviews, clarifications, and additional content.
• Partner with Client-Facing Teams to identify and incorporate client-specific insights.
• Facilitate internal review processes and ensure all responses receive appropriate approvals.
• Ensure final deliverables are professionally formatted, polished, and client-ready prior to submission.
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the standard content library.
• Support ad hoc requests from colleagues.
