Job summary

bolttech Poland is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to deliver technology and business projects across bolttech Europe. You will coordinate internal teams, clients, and partners to meet scope, timelines, and budgets, reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, Distribution.

The role blends hands-on delivery with PMO governance in a fast-paced, international environment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 4–5 years in PM or Scrum Master roles, fluent English and Polish, and knowledge

In this position you will…

…effectively manage and deliver technology and business-related projects across bolttech Europe, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, and budgets. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners, coordinating resources across multiple countries and functions to drive successful outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, Distribution, you will combine hands‑on project delivery with PMO responsibilities, including governance, reporting, and portfolio oversight. You will play a key role in translating business needs into structured plans and ensuring consistent execution across a fast‑paced, international environment, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering client-focused and internal projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets
• Defining project scope and objectives based on customer needs and business priorities
• Preparing key project documentation, including Project Charter and RACI, and leading project kick-offs
• Ensuring resource planning and allocation in collaboration with project sponsors
• Facilitating discovery sessions and supporting requirements elicitation, validation, and documentation
• Consolidating acceptance criteria from all involved stakeholders and departments
• Identifying, assessing, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, including escalation when needed
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including critical path management
• Establishing governance structures and ensuring adherence to bolttech frameworks and standards
• Leading project meetings such as steering committees and team stand‑ups
• Managing changes to scope, timelines, and budgets in a controlled manner
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams, clients, partners, and vendors
• Providing regular status updates and preparing project reports for stakeholders
• Monitoring project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Maintaining project documentation in line with internal processes
• Conducting retrospectives and ensuring proper project closure
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in an international, cross‑functional environment
• Supporting portfolio reporting, audits, and risk monitoring
• Driving data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

You will require the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 4–5 years of experience in Project Management or as a Scrum Master
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Additional languages (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) are an advantage
• Proven experience delivering client‑facing solutions in insurance (preferred), telco, banking, or mobility sectors
• Experience in digital and/or retail environments with strong stakeholder management exposure
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining quality
• Understanding of technical concepts or prior technical development experience (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (nice to have)
• Formal project management certification (nice to have)
• Strong problem‑solving and team coordination skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for short periods
