Job summary

bolttech Poland is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to deliver technology and business projects across bolttech Europe. You will coordinate internal teams, clients, and partners to meet scope, timelines, and budgets, reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, Distribution.

The role blends hands-on delivery with PMO governance in a fast-paced, international environment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 4–5 years in PM or Scrum Master roles, fluent English and Polish, and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Project Management or as a Scrum Master.
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• German/French/Italian/Spanish are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-focused and internal projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope and objectives based on customer needs and business priorities.
• Prepare key project documentation and lead project kick-offs.
• Coordinate resource planning with sponsors and teams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and gather requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with proper escalation.
