Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead who can independently manage IT projects from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for planning, coordination, and day-to-day communication with both the development team and international clients.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who ensures things are done properly, on time, and with attention to detail.

• 3–4+ years of experience managing IT projects,
• Solid understanding of software development processes (.NET, API, mobile),
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ClickUp, Jira, etc.),
• Excellent command of English; German is an advantage,
• Strong organizational and communication skills, independence, and reliability.
• Manage one or more IT projects (development, QA, and client coordination),
• Plan sprints and priorities, monitor progress, and resolve obstacles,
• Communicate with clients in English on a regular basis,
• Oversee scope, schedule, and quality to ensure smooth project delivery,
• Support the team in maintaining structure, clarity, and accountability.
• Long‑term, project‑based collaboration (B2B or contract),
• Rate: 100–150 PLN/hour (net) depending on experience,
• Remote work, with occasional meetings in Wrocław,
• A small, skilled, and cooperative team with short decision paths,
• A professional environment focused on results and responsibility.
