Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre seeks an experienced Procurement Operations Helpdesk Analyst to deliver responsive support for procurement-related queries and issues. You will manage internal helpdesk requests, assist with sourcing and contracting, and help optimize procurement systems and processes.

Based in Kraków, you will collaborate with finance and procurement teams, ensure compliance, and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience managing user queries and resolving supplier issues in a shared services environment.
• Experience in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others.
• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives.
• Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal user helpdesk requests and resolve procurement-related queries promptly and accurately
• Respond to supplier inquiries and assist with issue resolution related to procurement processes and systems.
• Provide support for sourcing, contracting, and procurement system issues as needed
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service
• Maintain accurate records of queries, resolutions, and actions to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
• Assist with resolving technical issues in procurement platforms and elevate complex problems when necessary
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activities
• Deliver responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience
