Rolls‑Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is hiring a Procurement Operations Helpdesk Analyst. You’ll deliver responsive support for procurement queries, manage internal user requests, and assist with sourcing, contracting and system issues.

You’ll troubleshoot platform challenges, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance. The role suits detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience managing user queries and resolving supplier issues in a shared services environment.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or other complex manufacturing industries.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, and Coupa.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and influencing others.
• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives.
• Interest in continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage internal user helpdesk requests and resolve procurement‑related queries promptly and accurately
• Respond to supplier inquiries and assist with issue resolution related to procurement processes and systems.
• Provide support for sourcing, contracting, and procurement system issues as needed
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service
• Maintain accurate records of queries, resolutions, and actions to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
• Assist with resolving technical issues in procurement platforms and elevate complex problems when necessary
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activities
• Deliver responsive, high‑quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience

Key Experiences and Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories
• Experience managing user queries and resolving supplier issues in a shared services environment
• Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa
• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others
• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives
• Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
