Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing and contract management within a global organisation.
• Hands-on experience with Procurement Operations execution and optimisation.
• Familiarity with digital procurement tools and process automation.
• Knowledge of SAP, Coupa and/or Ivalua.
• Experience leading transformation projects and driving process improvements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Proven track record delivering business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of procurement operations specialists; set priorities and manage capacity.
• Oversee Contract Admin, Purchasing, Invoice Resolution, Channel Enablement, Helpdesk and Supplier Maintenance.
• Support supplier onboarding, training, and engagement throughout operations processes.
• Partner with global Group Procurement and GBS to align execution with goals.
• Build strong supplier relationships to drive innovation and performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing, contracting and purchasing processes.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Drive initiatives that enhance sourcing capability and long-term benefits.
• Support risk mitigation activities related to sourcing and contracting operations.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team with accountability and collaboration.
