Job summary

CANPACK Group in Krakow is seeking a Procurement Coordinator on a replacement contract to manage end-to-end Procure to Pay processes and supplier relationships in a dynamic, international setting.

You will work with SAP and TMS, coordinate with Logistics and Category Buyers, ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and continuous supplier performance improvements, while supporting project requirements and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Economics preferred.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from signature to settlement, ensuring full Procure to Pay cycle.
• Prepare supplier instructions for projects and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate with Logistics on delivery times, docs, and requirements.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and drive performance.
• Collaborate with Category Buyers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with SAP and TMS analyses as needed.
