Job summary

CANPACK Group, a global packaging leader headquartered in Krakow, Poland, invites applications for a Procurement Coordinator on a fixed-term contract. You will manage end-to-end Procure to Pay processes and collaborate with suppliers in an international environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar role, a degree in Supply Chain or Business, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and SAP knowledge as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Educational background in Supply Chain or Business/Economics or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Fluency in English – required (verbal and written).
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute contracts from signature to settlement (Procure to Pay).
• Prepare supplier instructions for investments with Logistics.
• Monitor delivery times and required documentation with vendors and CANPACK entities.
• Support and build supplier relationships for best-in-class delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with Category Buyers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Work in SAP and TMS; perform analysis when needed.
