The ideal candidate has a BA in a related field and at least 5 years in supply chain, including team leadership, with fluency in English and knowledge of SAP/ARIBA. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are a must.

Qualifications

• BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar required.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain with team leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team, provide guidance and feedback.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers.
• Manage performance, development, and goal attainment.
• Coordinate day-to-day team operations and reporting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with SLAs.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
