Job summary

CANPACK Group in Krakow is seeking a Procurement Coordinator on a replacement contract to manage end-to-end Procure to Pay processes and supplier relationships in a dynamic, international setting.

You will work with SAP and TMS, coordinate with Logistics and Category Buyers, ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and continuous supplier performance improvements, while supporting project requirements and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Economics preferred.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from signature to settlement, ensuring full Procure to Pay cycle.
• Prepare supplier instructions for projects and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate with Logistics on delivery times, docs, and requirements.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and drive performance.
• Collaborate with Category Buyers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with SAP and TMS analyses as needed.

Currently we are looking for: Procurement Coordinator (replacement contract)

Core responsibilities:

• Work on contracts execution from the moment of contract signature up to the moment of contract settlement (responsibility for full Procure to Pay process: Purchase Orders creation and modification, timely and in full delivery, resolving invoice issues) for assigned goods category.
• Prepare, in cooperation with the Logistics Department, instructions for suppliers for each investment project, implementing and monitoring suppliers as regards compliance with the instructions in force for a given project.
• Monitor and agree with vendors and with CANPACK Entities precise delivery time, commercial documentation and other requirements, obtain and transmit information on supplies to the Project Manager and Logistics Department.
• Support and build supplier relationships and effective supply chain partnership.
• Engage the vendors to enable delivery with best-in-class quality.
• Work with the suppliers to continuously improve supplier performance.
• Work closely with Category Buyers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure gathering of right business requirements.
• Work in SAP, TMS. Preparing analysis if needed.

Our expectations:

• Average 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Educational background in Supply Chain or Business/ Economics or related fields (Master’s preferred)
• Fluency in English – as a must, verbal and written
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel SAP knowledge - as an advantage
• Attention to detail with a problem - solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work under time pressure and in changing environment
• Ability to operate effectively in a team environment and as an individual
