Job summary

CANPACK Group in Kraków/Brzesko, Poland, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to coordinate with Logistics and Purchasing, handle customer orders under contracts, and monitor sales plans for assigned accounts.

You will work bilingual in English and German, use MS Office and SAP, report on stock and receivables, and support Sales Managers in expanding international markets. Partial remote work is available with on-site onboarding in Brzesko.

Qualifications

• University degree (preferred: economics, international trade or similar).
• Very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Very good command of German (B2/C1).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers.
• Good analytical skills and well-organized approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role in an international environment is an advantage.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cooperating with the customer’s Logistics and Purchasing departments
• Handling customer orders in line with agreed contracts
• Monitoring the execution of sales plans for assigned customers
• Controlling stock levels, receivables and returnable packaging
• Preparing reports and summaries
• Supporting Sales Managers in developing international markets
