Job summary

Adecco Poland is hiring for a Supply Chain Support professional based in Kraków. You will join the Supply Chain Support Team and work on post-delivery processes, GSAP, SAP, and Excel to ensure accurate deliveries and reporting.

This hybrid role offers exposure to multi-country operations, development opportunities, and a competitive hourly rate of PLN 40-50 gross per hour.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Finance Operations.
• Experience in multi-country/shared services environment is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with GSAP, SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to analyse operational data and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Confirm product deliveries to customers and support product reconciliation activities.
• Process delivery shipments in GSAP accurately and on time, ensuring invoicing can be executed.
• Monitor gains and losses related to road transport movements and support reconciliation.
• Handle customer disputes, quantity adjustments, and correction requests within agreed service levels.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide operational updates and insights.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all systems and tools used by the team.
• Develop expertise as a GSAP Super User and support cross-functional alignment.
• Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
