Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a PTP Procurement Analyst in Kraków to create, update and manage purchasing documents in ERP systems. You will collaborate with requestors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless processing of procurement documents.

You should have strong English, Excel, and ERP knowledge, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and problem solving. The role offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English language.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel).
• Ability to manage issues and seek resolution.
• Reliable, accurate in observing work instructions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to establish good relationships; intercultural competence.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred SAP, Oracle is an asset)

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and update purchasing documents in ERP system based on documentation obtained from requestors (or based on data stored in related databases/applications).
• Distribute purchasing documents to requesters/suppliers/other indicated recipients.
• Electronic archive of issued/modified/updated purchasing documents (together with all supporting documentation).
• Use various set of tools such as advanced macros and scripts in MS Excel. Keep workflow tool status updated in order to assure that all information presented there reflects true and reliable data.
• Cooperate with requestors and buyers in order to assure good quality of created/modified/updated purchase documents.
• Cooperate with other team members in order to assure that there is no interruption in the process and the internal customers are always well assisted;
• Participate in projects aimed at process improvement and standardization;
• Follow Aptiv policies and procedures;
• Follow supervisor's/ manager's decisions.
