Job summary

Aptiv is hiring a PTP Procurement Analyst in Poland to create, modify and manage purchasing documents in ERP, while ensuring accurate data and timely distribution to requesters and suppliers. You will maintain electronic archives and leverage advanced Excel macros to streamline processes.

You will collaborate across teams, support internal customers, and participate in process-improvement projects while adhering to Aptiv policies and the supervisor’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English language.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage issues and seek resolution.
• Reliable and accurate in following instructions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to establish good relationships; intercultural competence.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred, Oracle is an asset).

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and update purchasing documents in ERP system based on documentation from requestors or data in related databases.
• Distribute purchasing documents to requesters/suppliers/recipients.
• Electronic archive of issued/modified purchasing documents with supporting documentation.
• Use MS Excel with macros and scripts.
• Keep workflow tool status updated to reflect accurate data.
• Cooperate with requestors and buyers to ensure quality of purchase documents.
• Collaborate with team members to avoid interruptions in the process and assist internal customers.
• Participate in projects aimed at process improvement and standardization.
• Follow Aptiv policies and supervisor decisions.
