Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a diligent Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Warsaw to join our growing team. You will resolve vendor inquiries, process invoices, and support 50/50 hybrid collaboration with clients and colleagues.

The role requires fluent German and English (B2+), strong Excel skills, and sharp attention to detail. Full-time work from our Warsaw city center office with opportunities for growth, training, and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of German and English language (min. B2+ in both).
• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid (50/50) mode from the office located in Warsaw city center.

Responsibilities

• Resolving vendor enquiries and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Routing vendor requests to relevant teams for review, action, and resolution.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and clearing open items.
• Reviewing AP invoices and payment proposals.
• Close cooperation with stakeholders on open items resolution.
• PO/PR management, amendments and support.
• Supporting automation process through process analysis.
