Aptiv PLC in Kraków seeks a PTP Procurement Analyst to create, modify, and update purchasing documents in ERP, and to collaborate across requestors, suppliers and internal teams. You will use Excel macros and scripts and help ensure data accuracy in workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and update purchasing documents in ERP.
• Distribute purchasing documents to requesters/suppliers/recipients.
• Archive issued/modified purchasing documents with supporting docs.
• Use advanced MS Excel macros and scripts to support processes.
• Keep workflow status updated and reflect reliable data.
• Cooperate with requestors and buyers to ensure quality of documents.
• Collaborate with team to avoid interruptions in processes.
• Participate in process improvement and standardization projects.
• Follow Aptiv policies and supervisor decisions.

Position Summary

The PTP Procurement Analyst will perform within the Aptiv values and culture. As a PTP Procurement Analyst you will create, modify and update purchasingdocuments in ERP. We are looking for proactive people with problem solving attitude, capable to anticipate potential opportunities and being keen on continuous improvement of the processes.

Your Role

• Create, modify and update purchasingdocuments in ERP systembased on documentation obtained from requestors (or based on data stored in related databases/applications);
• Distributepurchasing documents to requesters/suppliers/other indicated recipients;
• Electronic archive of issued/modified/updatedpurchasing documents (together with all supporting documentation);
• Usevarious set of tools such as advanced macros and scripts in MS Excel.
• Keepworkflow tool status updatedin order to assure that all information presented there reflectstrue and reliable data;
• Cooperate with requestorsand buyersin order to assure good qualityof created/modified/updatedpurchase documents;
• Cooperate with other team members in order to assure that there is no interruption in the process and the internal customers are always well assisted;
• Participate in projects aimed at process improvement and standardization
• FollowAptivpolicies and procedures;
• Followsupervisor’s/ manager’s decisions.

Your Background

• Very goodcommand of English language
• Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
• Ability to manageissues and seek resolution
• Reliable, accurate inobserving work instructions
• Good communicationand customer service skills
• Ability to establish good relationships; intercultural competence
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred SAP, Oracle is an asset)
