Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Procure to Pay specialist to support PTP operations within a global organisation. You will help ensure SOX compliance, maintain robust controls, and provide reporting across PTP activities in a hybrid work setup.

You will work with SAP S4, Ariba and SAP ECC, manage invoices, queries, and onboarding of acquisitions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working within Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.
• Knowledge of PTP systems and technologies including SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC, APEX.
• Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and financial controls environments.
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing activities or integration projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. invoice processing, query management, purchase request and PO processing etc.).
• Review open items on the GR/IR account.
• Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications.
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
• Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.
