Responsibilities

• Create, modify and update purchasing documents in ERP.
• Distribute purchasing documents to requesters/suppliers/recipients.
• Archive issued/modified purchasing documents with supporting docs.
• Use advanced MS Excel macros and scripts to support processes.
• Keep workflow status updated and reflect reliable data.
• Cooperate with requestors and buyers to ensure quality of documents.
• Collaborate with team to avoid interruptions in processes.
• Participate in process improvement and standardization projects.
• Follow Aptiv policies and supervisor decisions.
