Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Poland. You will process data in financial systems, book invoices, run payments, and prepare booking instructions while ensuring timely, accurate postings.

You will analyze vendor accounts, support SOX controls, collaborate with site teams, and contribute to audits. Fluent English, proactive mindset, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or Oracle are valued.

Responsibilities

• Data processing in financial systems.
• Book invoices and execute payments per calendar.
• Prepare documents' entries and booking instructions for accounting documents.
• Analyze vendor accounts balances for internal and external vendors.
• Investigate overdue and blocked open items; ensure accurate postings.
• Prepare AP reports and upload them in the system.
• Collaborate with Site and other teams to resolve issues; support audits.
