Castrol is seeking a pricing leader to drive disciplined pricing governance and TurfView support across Central and Eastern Europe and the Nordics. You will coordinate price files, ensure governance compliance, and provide actionable pricing analytics to inform commercial decisions.

The role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance and IT, plus fluency in English and a continental European language. Based in Warsaw, with opportunities for hybrid work according to policy.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in Sales, Pricing Operations or related role preferred.
• Experience with pricing governance, discount and rebate management.
• Strong data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Proficient with pricing tools and governance frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead pricing operations and TurfView support across CEE & Nordics.
• Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and DoA policies.
• Coordinate price lists, files, changes and invoice alignment.
• Provide pricing analysis, margin review and commercial insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and Ops to improve pricing execution.
• Drive standardisation and automation in pricing processes.
