Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy and profitability across our automotive aftermarket product portfolio in EU markets.

You will combine advanced analytics, Python-based modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and local pricing leadership to support execution of pricing strategies across AAG Europe, including wholesale, garages, retailers and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, data science, engineering
• 5+ years of pricing, revenue management, or advanced analytics experience
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies, elasticity, and margin optimization
• Experience with large, complex datasets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, manage engagements or parts of large engagements
• Team player with continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategy development across a large catalog of parts
• Analyze pricing opportunities across customer segments and channels
• Design and monitor discount structures, rebates, and promotions
• Provide data-driven insights for key account pricing and negotiations
• Monitor EU market pricing and competitor trends
• Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and profitability
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership
