Job summary

Castrol is seeking a seasoned Pricing Operations & TurfView Lead for the CEE & Nordics region based in Poland. You will drive pricing governance, ensure accurate price implementation, and provide analytics to optimize profitability across Workshops, Commercial Vehicles, Retail/E-commerce/Bike and Industrial segments.

• Typically 5–7 years of pricing/operations experience.
• Experience with pricing governance, discounts and margins.
• Ability to analyse pricing data and derive insights.
• Experience coordinating pricing changes and disputes.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; TurfView knowledge is a plus.
