Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Kraków is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy and profitability across an automotive aftermarket portfolio in Europe. You will combine advanced analytics, Python-based modelling, and cross-functional collaboration with local pricing leadership, IT, and external partners.

You will develop pricing strategies across thousands of SKUs, monitor discount structures, support key account pricing, and build dashboards to track margin and price realization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across a large catalog.
• Identify pricing opportunities across customer segments.
• Monitor discount structures, rebates, promotions, and price elasticity.
• Provide data-driven insights for key account pricing and contracts.
• Build dashboards to track profitability and KPIs in EU.
