Job summary

Schaeffler in Poland seeks a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. You will act as a financial partner to local management and operational units, shaping strategy into medium-term plans and budgets.

You will lead annual planning, monitor adherence to group guidelines, and drive improvements across cost, performance, and inventory controls. Key tasks include cost reporting, variance analysis, CapEx reviews, and costing activities for the plant, plus supporting the ramp-up of the new

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
• Solid working knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP) and BW; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a financial business partner to local management, and operational units at the site.
• Supporting management in strategy development and translating it into medium-term plans, budgets, and operational measures.
• Coordinating and driving the annual planning process and monitoring compliance with group guidelines.
• Developing and implementing planning and reporting systems, including cost, performance, and inventory controlling.
• Preparing plant cost reports, analyzing variances, and proposing corrective actions and optimizations.
• Supporting cost center, investment, and project planning, including CapEx reviews.
• Contributing to product costing and annual costing runs.
• Performing project tracking, PPAs, and financial impact simulations for the plant.
• Providing financial support during ramp-up of the Regional Distribution Center in Ujazd.
