Job summary

FSi Promat by Etex in Poland is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager for the CEE region. You will drive commercial excellence across Building Performance, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT to improve profitability and customer value.

The role focuses on pricing, analytics, CRM, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, SHINE/SHARP methods, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in strategy consulting or 5–7 years in transformation roles.
• Experience leading cross-country transformation in international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of B2B processes: account planning, customer segmentation, CRM, pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial excellence initiatives across Poland & the wider CEE region.
• Develop analytics, performance reporting and actionable insights for decision making.
• Lead customer segmentation, account planning and pipeline management.
• Optimize pricing strategies and monitor profitability and margins.
• Drive CRM excellence and data quality improvements within the sales org.
