Job summary

Scaleway is expanding its Warsaw-based Polish market team to proactively identify, contact, and qualify prospects across Poland. You will work with the local Account Executive, drive outbound campaigns, and participate in field events to boost sovereign cloud adoption.

The role emphasizes MEDDIC-based qualification, multichannel outreach, and close collaboration with Marketing and Sales Ops to scale leads in Poland.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English communication.
• 0–2 years in outbound-focused sales roles (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales).
• Demonstrated success with activity quotas and cold prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify key decision-makers in Poland.
• Maintain high daily sales activity with multi-channel cadences.
• Utilize Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator to optimize outreach.
