Tech Sales Jobs in Warsaw recruits a Client Development Representative to join a small, specialized team. You will initiate conversations with pharmaceutical companies across Europe and APAC, qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive team.

The role rewards curiosity about how complex systems work and offers full training in pharmaceutical serialisation and compliance. A hybrid Poland-based setup is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in outbound B2B: SDR, BDR, telesales, or any role where you were regularly the first point of contact
• Fluent English - your primary working language for outreach, briefings, and reporting
• Structured outreach discipline - you are comfortable driving high-volume activity and you understand why the numbers matter
• CRM experience - you have logged and managed outreach activity in any CRM and you understand why accurate data matters
• Active listening - you ask focused questions and actually use the answers
