Job summary

OVHcloud is seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in Polish, English, and German/Italian to join the team in Wrocław. In this role you will be the first contact for customers worldwide, diagnose and resolve billing and administrative issues, and participate in projects while promoting OVHcloud’s expertise and customer focus.

You’ll work on-site initially and move to a hybrid setup as you grow in the role, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish, English and German/Italian.
• Ready to work in shifting schedules (Mon–Fri, 8AM–6PM).
• Strong communication and customer-focus.

Responsibilities
