OVHcloud in Wrocław is seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in Polish, English and Spanish. You will be the first point of contact for customers worldwide, addressing billing and administrative queries with empathy and accuracy.

The role offers on-site work initially, transitioning to hybrid, with learning opportunities across OVHcloud services and a focus on delivering excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish, English and Spanish.
• Readiness to work on shifts (Mon–Fri, 8AM–6PM in 8 hour shifts).
• Independence and curiosity in searching for solutions.
• Oriented towards great customer service.
• Ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team.
• Willingness to work with new technologies and to develop.

Responsibilities
