Job summary

Avenga seeks an IT Application Support specialist in Wroclaw, Poland, operating in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office. The role offers a B2B contract at 70–90 zl net+vat per hour, with an employment contract also possible.

The ideal candidate will manage direct customer interactions and support requests in French, Italian, and English, combining service excellence with pressure resilience. Requirements include French and Italian at C1, English at B2 level, and an IT helpdesk

• IT helpdesk background and knowledge of ticketing tools, ITSM is a nice-to-have but not required.

Job description

We are looking for an IT Application Support person with French & Italian Languages skills. This is a people’s job with most of the time direct contact with our customers, which means that candidate should not be afraid of working within an environment with challenges and pressure.
