Job summary

OVHcloud is seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in Polish, English and Spanish for its Wroclaw site. You will be the first point of contact for customers globally, diagnosing and resolving billing and admin issues while learning about OVHcloud services and portfolio.

The role is on-site first, moving to hybrid, with shift work, and a range of employee perks. You will collaborate with teams and contribute to positive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish, English and Spanish.
• Readiness to work on shifts (Mon–Fri, 8AM–6PM, 8‑hour shifts).
• Independence and curiosity in searching for solutions.
• Oriented towards great customer service.
• Ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers from different countries worldwide.
