Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Payroll Analyst for Poland to join the EMEA HR / Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work in Warsaw. You will handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing in partnership with the local provider, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursements, and compliance with local regulations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong Poland payroll knowledge, and fluent English and Polish.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably international or shared services.
• Advanced knowledge of Poland payroll rules and statutory reporting.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations & Compliance: process monthly payroll data with in-country provider and ensure taxes, benefits, and reporting are accurate.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: manage inquiries with ICP, HR, Accounting, and COE teams.
• Process Documentation & Efficiency: document end-to-end payroll processes and seek efficiency gains.
• System & Data Transition Support: assist data conversion and prepare data-workbooks with advanced Excel.
• Reporting & Analysis: create reports on payroll expenditures, benefits, and tax obligations.
