Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for a temporary contract with potential extension.

You will support end-to-end payroll across two Polish entities—one manufacturing facility with shift-based blue-collar staff and a corporate unit in Gdańsk focused on white-collar professionals. The role requires 5+ years of payroll/HR experience in Poland, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, strong knowledge of Polish labor law, PIT and ZUS, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll/HR experience in Poland
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law, PIT and ZUS regulations
• Experience with blue-collar payroll complexities and shift-based rosters
• Proficiency with modern payroll software (Dayforce/Ceridian) and MS Excel

Responsibilities

• End-to-End payroll execution for blue- and white-collar populations across Polish entities
• Handle payroll inquiries and escalations with HR Operations, Finance, HRBPs, and external vendors
• Manage Time & Attendance integrations and time-tracking systems; calculate shift differentials and overtime
• Validate payroll inputs and perform gross-to-net calculations and reconciliations
• Oversee statutory reporting (ZUS, PIT, GUS) and drive process standardization
