Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA HR / Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll for Poland with our in-country ICP, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursements, and statutory compliance.

In this role, you will collaborate with ICP, HRO supplier, and EMEA HR, build robust payroll documentation, and generate detailed payroll reports. The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in international/Shared Services environments.
• Advanced knowledge of EMEA payroll processing, including Poland regulations and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel skills for data conversion workbooks and reporting.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; meets strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Poland with ICP.
• Coordinate with ICP, HRO supplier, EMEA HR, Accounting, and COE for inquiries and escalations.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end payroll process documentation.
• Assist with data conversion and workbook preparation using advanced Excel.
• Prepare payroll expenditure, benefit, and tax reports and analyses.

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA HR / Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract .

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Poland in partnership with our in-country payroll provider, ensuring complete accuracy, timely disbursements, and compliance with statutory and legal requirements.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Payroll Operations & Compliance: Account for processing monthly payroll by gathering, verifying, and delivering complete data to the In-country Payroll Provider (ICP). Ensure proper documentation and disbursement of payroll checks, taxes, employee benefits, and statutory reporting to local authorities.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Build strong working partnerships and manage day-to-day inquiries and escalations (Tier 3 support) with our ICP, HRO supplier, EMEA HR team, Accounting, and IRM Centers of Expertise (COE).
• Process Documentation & Efficiency: Evaluate systems, identify operating efficiencies, and create detailed end-to-end payroll process documentation to support robust operations.
• System & Data Transition Support: Participate in Joint Solution Design sessions, understand data conversion processes, and prepare data conversion workbooks using advanced Excel skills.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports illustrating payroll expenditures, benefit plan disbursements, and tax obligations.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in international companies or a Shared Services environment.
• Payroll & Legal Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of EMEA payroll processing (specifically for Poland), including statutory regulations, legal compliance, and reporting obligations to authorities.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken). Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
• Technical & Data Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll data elements, comfort working across systems, and advanced Excel skills for data conversion workbooks.
• Core Competencies: Advanced problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting across all organizational levels.
• High level of ethics, self-initiative, and ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines.
