You will work with project teams, business stakeholders, and leaders to improve visibility and aid decision-making, contributing to governance activities and adoption of new ways of working. Qualifications

• PMO-focused experience and ability to support governance, reporting, and change initiatives.
• Experience preparing presentations, communications, and management reports.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Coordinate governance meetings and track actions and decisions.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change initiatives through communication, training, and adoption activities.
• Promote PMO standards, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
• Monitor key metrics and provide insights for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build alignment and engagement.
